A phone line entirely dedicated to professionals:

  • Advisors at your service to answer all of your problems quickly and efficiently
  • Book, exchange or cancel your tickets in one simple call by calling 36 35
    (€0.34 per minute, taxes included, excluding any additional costs) and quoting Pro.
    This service is available every day between 7am and 10pm.
  • Get information on train times or traffic conditions.

    • If you booked your ticket at an approved travel agency, you can exchange it more easily by contacting the Exchange service directly on 0 892 35 35 01 (€0.34 per minute, taxes included, excluding any additional costs), or by logging on to tgv-pro.mobi

    EXPRESS PRO TICKET OFFICES

    Enjoy dedicated service at the Express Pro Ticket Offices when purchasing or exchanging of tickets for immediate departure. They are present in the 10 biggest stations in France

  • Paris Gare-de-Lyon(salle Méditerranée), Paris-Montparnasse, Paris-Est (hall Alsace),
  • Bordeaux Saint-Jean,
  • Lyon Part-Dieu,
  • Strasbourg,
  • Nantes,

    • This service is available from Monday to Friday except on bank holidays and Christmas and summer holidays, from 6am.

    These ticket machines are situated at the end of the platform or close to sales areas.
    They enable you to exchange your ticket in less than one minute!

    TGV PRO RECEPTION

    Behind the counter labelled “Accueil TGV Pro” (TGV Pro Reception) situated at the beginning of the platform, the TGV Pro staff are available to give you any information you may need and to answer your questions. Reception available in the following stations:
