Après le site https://tgv-pro.mobi et le Compagnon TGV Pro BlackBerry, l'application Compagnon TGV Pro est désormais disponible sur iPhone
D'un usage simple, cette application accompagne les voyageurs professionnels tout au long de leur déplacement.
Elle intègre des fonctionnalités très attendues par nos clients qui voyagent en 1ère classe avec un tarif pro.
Elle permet notamment de :
• faire des échanges de e-billets jusqu'à 30 minutes après le départ,
• faire des annulations si le e-billet a été émis en agences de voyages online ou offline.
L'application permet également de :
• récupérer et synchroniser l'ensemble de leurs e-billets,
• intégrer leurs voyages dans leur calendrier iPhone,
• être informés de l'état du trafic,
• être notifiés du numéro de voie,
• consulter les services TGV Pro,
• consulter les services disponibles dans leurs gares de départ et d'arrivée.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY TICKET?
Up until the train’s departure:
Exchange is possible free of charge via all SNCF sales channels:
by telephone via the Express Pro Line on 36 35(1),
on 0 892 35 35 01(1) if you are a customer of an approved travel agency ,
in stations and SNCF shops,
on the express pro ticket machines or the self-service ticket machines.
Refund is possible and free via all SNCF sales channels, except the Express Pro ticket machines or the self-service ticket machines, or from the travel agency issuing your ticket(2).
After the train’s departure:
Exchange is possible and free of charge for a train on the same day with the same connections:
By calling the “Echange Direct” (Direct Exchange) service of the Express Pro Line up to 30 minutes after the train’s departure,
In stations and shops in the place of departure up to 2 hours after the train’s departure.
If you have been able to exchange your ticket to travel on the train after or before your original booking as the train you booked originally was full, let the ticket inspector know before the departure of the train that you wish to take. He will validate your ticket but will not be able to guarantee you a seat.

With the e-ticket, you no longer have to go anywhere to collect your ticket: You will receive a personal e-ticket confirmation email containing a summary of your travel agenda. Then all you have to do is print it out, which can be done as many times as you wish before your departure. Moreover, you no longer need to punch your ticket. This service is available from your approved travel agency, via the Express Pro line, in stations and shops and on www.voyages-sncf.com.

HOW CAN I BE REFUNDED?
Your pro 1st or 2nd class ticket can be refunded in stations and SNCF shops in the place of departure up to 2 hours after the train’s departure.
If you are a customer of an SNCF approved travel agency, your ticket(2) can be fully refunded at your travel agency, after having cancelled your booking at ticket offices, stations or SNCF shops in the place of departure. Please note that after this time your tickets will no longer be exchangeable or refundable.
