Booking your ticket has been made easier: everything has been thought of to make preparing your trip as easy as possible.

How do I use this service?

When you book your ticket and you are paying by credit card, there is no need to collect your ticket in station. We will send it to your chosen address within 48 hours of your order being placed. To benefit from all of the advantages of this service, order your tickets:

  • 4 days before your departure if you live in mainland France,
  • 7 days if you live abroad.

Otherwise, it is a better idea to collect your ticket at the station: at the ticket office or directly from the self-service ticket machine.

How much does it cost?

Sending your ticket to your home address is completely free of charge.

What should i do if I haven’t received my ticket on time ?

This very rarely happens, but it can be resolved! You can contact SNCF customer service between 8 am and 8 pm from Monday to Saturday, on 0980 980 36 35 (not a premium rate number) or send an email on the site www.raileurope-world.com
