Who is this service for?

You can benefit from this TGV service if you are a holder of:

  • a carte d'invalidité civile, of any level, (card proving that the card holder is disabled)
  • a carte réformé / pensionné de guerre,
  • or if you arrive at the station using your own wheelchair.
  • How do I use this service?

    Access Plus offers a variety of services for:

  • booking your service to be collected from the station or accompanied to the train, and collecting your ticket.
  • transporting your luggage (limited to one piece of luggage of 15 Kg maximum),
  • advising you on the accessibility of the stations and trains that you wish you take,
  • organising your collection from the station and being accompanied to your seat when getting on and off the train.
  • being there to help during your journey.
  • How do I book?

    Access Plus offers numerous ways of booking. All you have to do is contact the Access Plus Service Centre at least 48 hours before your departure, to reserve your service.


    You can also purchase your train tickets or simply book them:

  • by telephone, call 0 890 640 650 and choose option 1 (€0.11 per minute, taxes included, from a fixed line, excluding any additional costs);
  • by calling 36 35 and quoting Accès Plus (Access Plus) (€0.34 taxes included for the first minute and €0.11 taxes included, thereafter, from a fixed line, excluding any additional costs);
  • by fax on 0 825 825 957 (€ 0.15 per minute, taxes included) ;
  • by e-mail, send your request to mailto:accesplus@sncf.fr;
  • on the Internet, log on to: Voyageurs handicapés or on to Infos voyageurs handicapés
  • visit stations, SNCF shops and SNCF approved travel agencies.

  • Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance and if you make them far enough in advance your tickets can be sent to your home address free of charge.

    In order to ensure optimal service during your departure, we invite you to go to the reception communicated to you by Access Plus adviser, with your ticket, at least 30 minutes before your departure.

    How much does it cost?

    The Access Plus service is free of charge.
